BLC not delivering my Transmutation Stones

Spend 4G converting into gems and then buying 10 lv80 Transmutation Stones, it’s been 20 minutes so far and it hasn’t arrived in my mail yet so it pretty much ate my money. Is the delivery system lagging right now or did it seriously just ate up my money?
