BLTC ate all my gold
I had about 97 buy orders on the BLTC but decided to remove them all and just went to the items I’m buying screen and clicked on remove for all of the items and got no gold back. Pretty much lost all of my gold.
Has that happened to anyone else?

After work, logged in and after I picked up some items from the BLTC the gold appeared for pickup. Not sure if it was because there were several hundred items queued earlier to pick up or what, but got it all back in the end.
The collection window will stop showing any new items beyond a certain amount, they’re still there but won’t appear till you collect whatever’s in front of them. It seems like the tp treats the gold from your sold items/canceled bids as any other item rather than adding it onto whatever gold might be waiting already, hence the problem you had.
yeeh i can confirm that too. i think the collection page shows max to 100items or so—>after that if you sell/cancel buyorders they remain hidden until you pickup more stuff from your collection box.
I can confirm that there is actually something wrong with the trading post. On two separate occasions today I removed buy orders from the trading post and was not redeemed my gold. This has left me short 40+ gold.
Is your pick up tab full?
If you have more than 100 transactions uncollected, additional returns from the trading post will not be visible until you pick up the earlier transactions.
No, in the first instance I only had a few items in the queue. The second time there was probably over 100. I emptied it but have yet to see any of the gold.
Please submit a support ticket with as much information as you can. (exact item name, date/time of posting, date/time of canceling.. that sort of thing)
