Guild Wars 2

hey, i just got gw2 recently and it is an amazing game. actually my friend told me about the game. once i got the game i was sucked into it… but i was short on money, my friend told me that i should sell stuff at the black lion trading company by pressing the ‘O’ button.
and when i did the image below showed up.

my pc specs:
12 GB RAM
1 TB HDD
i7 3.4 Ghz 8 cores
nvidia geforce GT 640
windows 8

my net is at approx 1MBps
im using an american server ingame
i live in pakistan.
im not sure about my ping
and also while i was downloading the game i paused it a lot.

can anyone please find a fix for me, i really need it for money and my crafting
also i did a server switch from anvil rock to dragonbrand

Have you tried closing and restarting gw2? I get that same bug among others with it and all are generally solved that way.

Just to second Magnus, this is a recurring bug. There have been times where it happens more frequently to me, and other times where it happens less.

Closing and restarting the game fixes it.

you wont believe how many times ive tried

When I was playing on my laptop before, I had this 75% of the time I open TP. But since I switched to my new desktop, I have only experienced this ~10 times total. Although recently I get this more frequent than before. I wonder if it’s related to memory size.
