Q:

I can’t seem to access it and I have 10 gem cards to activate.. Was it supposed to be ready at 1pm EST? Or did I convert wrong?

With Daylight savings, Eastern time would be UTC -4.

It’s not a bad idea to read up on UTC – UTC doesn’t have daylight savings in it at all, so as long as you know your ofset and if you are in a daylight savings time zone, you can be sure of when something is.
