Two things :
One – Do not EVER post your email here – it may get harvested by bots. Plus, as you mentioned, it’s your username – it’s half of what someone needs to get into your account.
Two – This kind of thing you would normally submit to the support site (link at the very top – above the banner – of the page). However, most likely you are getting hit by the mail cap. You can only have 10 BL/Player emails, basically, at a time. There’s a counter, but some emails that count against the limit don’t register on the counter. Delete some emails and your purchases SHOULD drop through.
Try emptying your in-game mailbox, you won’t get the emails if your inbox is full.
