I sold something, so I have money there ready to get picked up. However, no matter how many times I click “Take All”, nothing happens.

Don’t take this the wrong way, because I don’t know if you are new yet or not but did you try:

Going to the TP NPC to collect items
Making sure your inventory isn’t full
Relogging, restarting client

Sorry if you’ve tried/know these already, Like I said I don’t know if your new or not ^^;
