Are you still able to get halloween gear from chests?
I only ask because oyu can still buy the halloween sets and the chest items are still advertised on gem store.
You can until the 5th. Last night I got a Grinning gourd rifle skin from a black lion chest.
You can still receive skins from BLCs until the 15th.
