i was thinking of trading for gold 400gems but it says ill get bout 2 gold pieces is that right?

You should wait unless you need the gold, it’ll be down to about 100 gems for 1g soon.

At some point I will drop a lot of cash on the gem store to trade for gold (because I’m terrible at TP investments and I know it). I’m going to wait for a more favorable conversion rate as well, though; it’s not really worth it at the current rate and it just feels too low still when you look at it side-by-side with the going rates for black market gold.

The rate will prob go up a bit during halloween so at least wait for that.

Right now there are too many people trying to do the same as you and that keeps the exchange rate low
