Good Evening Everyone.

Just wanted to give everyone a heads-up about a problem that I just had:

I currently have 6 bank slots and went to purchase another slot (on sale) through the BLT. I spent the 480 gems and I received the item via in-game-mail. I retrieved it to my inventory and clicked it to use it. The item disappeared but a seventh bank slot was not added. It’s been about 15 minutes now and still nothing has popped up in my bank slot.

I’ve submitted an in-game bug report. Cross your fingers for me!

(Just to reiterate, I DID receive the e-mail with the item and attempted to use it from my inventory. This is NOT a “I didn’t get my e-mail” problem)

you get bank slots via in game mail?
I maxed my bank months ago, and I never got a single mail.
then again, I always did it through the little key button inside the bank and not while browsing the gem store.

Yeap. I’ve always purchased mine with the little key button as well. This time I used the little consumeable that they send you in the mail. First time I ever saw it too. I think it’s something new they added this month.

Holy Moly i’m such a newb. I discovered what my problem is.

Apparently when I double-clicked to use it I was actually IN the bank screen and instead of using it, yeap you guessed it, it went into my bank storage.

ARRRRGGGGGHHHHHH.

Well, at any rate, I thought I would post that here as a PSA in hopes that I may save someone else the awkwardness.

On a more important note, anyone know how I cancel a service ticket? I have my ticket number.

Hello everyone.

Shademehr, we are glad to hear this. Do not worry about that ticket you already issued although you can always update it through your customer support account and ask for it to be closed. We also close the thread now.
