Has anyone else had this issue?

And no im not “full”, its my first bank expansion.

Have relogged, waited a bit, emailed support, etc etc

So, 480 gems paid for – nothing.

Is this a known issue, or any ideas?

Is your mailbox full? May need to delete some mail for it to show up

Did you check your mailbox for the consumable item that you have to click on to unlock it? of course make sure to make room for that mail in your mailbox too by deleting old mails if needed.

odd thing was i was receiving emails ok – but i then deleted a load, and it appeared?!

well i had maxed my 8 slot slot bank. bought one to see if it would grant me extra slot for my bank but it does not. so i am 480 gems shot an can not trade it account bound. so let see what area. net will do to fix this problem

Nothing… they specifically told everyone not to do this.

Sonja, as stated, Anet specifically said to be careful if you were on max tabs. You can try contacting support if you want and telling them about your problem http://en.support.guildwars2.com/.
