Guild Wars 2

I guys,
Some time ago all the normal minis used to be in the TP with very cheap prices just around some silvers. Especially the ones from set 1!

Now from one day to another all of them shows up at something like 89s minimum!

What have i lost that have done all that inflation?!

I can’t figure why, as i can’t believe it was just because the set 2 came out!

I noticed this too and not too sure myself.

I assume they think the set 1 will be discontinued eventually and trying to push the prices up. Only other thing I can see is less people buying set 1 from the gem store so less product, but I doubt it.

The main reason would be the cost of gold → gems being so high. People ended up buying the cheap series 1 minis to MF in hopes of getting the series 2. The price should come back down after the early collectors get the set then they will then climb and stabilize until series 3.

The minis are actually going back to their normal price levels. A few weeks (maybe months) ago their was an event where holographic enemies were in the borderlands. These enemies had a chance of dropping a green level mini which could be thrown in the mystic forge to gamble and make the rare/exotic minis. This sent the mini market value crashing.

It went up due to the gem to gold conversion rate.
