Guild Wars 2

The Black Lion Market page is coming up blank… no gem store, no gem conversion, no trade market or sell page. Not even my transactions tab. The only tab that comes up is the one where you get the items you bought or money you made from selling things. Is anyone else experiencing this issue?

Do you have lowend internet possibly? I know that several of my guildmates who have low end internet, their market windows can take forever / not populate sometimes.

No.. I have pretty good internets. Normally it would show a loading circle in the middle when I open it but since the Winterfest update it doesn’t even do that… it just shows up blank… no loading icon.

Yeah, it happened to me a couple of times since the Winterfest update. Just keep logging in to the game client. It’ll eventually work. :/

Same trouble since Wintersday update

I’ve seen this, but it’s always cleared itself up after several seconds (as in, I open the window and it lags in loading the content). The TP window is actually similar to an ingame browser and the whole TP is web-based or something, I think, so it’d make sense that there might sometimes be lag, especially if there’s a lot of load on the servers or something.

Try switching to a different tab and waiting a little while, then switching back – that’s fixed it for me.

Is it so hard to use the search function?! Typing “trading post blank” in the search bar gives you a bunch of possible solutions. I’ll give you two, run gw2 as administrator or if that doesn’t work, restart your modem.

If you normally can use the TP fine, and it’s not some universal problem with the trading post, generally closing and opening the client fixes the problem.

Sometimes the web based process “awesomium” which the TP uses goes wonky and needs to be restarted.

When you close the client, open task manager and if awesomium is still running in your processes, manually right click and end the process. Reopening the client will restart the process (hopefully properly).
