I Just purchased 1 Self-Style Hair Kit for 250 gems, my first question is, how can i get the item? the item didn’t appear on Pick Up tab on BlackLionTC, so i thought the item will go straight into my inventory and BAM no item there then i checked my storage and double waBAM again no Self-Style Hair kit. where did it go? i still have the Self-Style Hair kit on my recent purchase so im sure i bought it, is this Bug or something? please FIX this. Thank You!

Since we get post about this subject several times a week, maybe its time that the interface for handling pickup of items purchased by gems changes?

or maybe people should manage there inbox better… what is it that you need to store in your mailbox for so long.

Some people might want the achievement awarded for full mailbox, but it is currently bugged. I personally can only reach 6/10.

oh ok, gotya ill checked my mail, i think my mail is bugged too just noticed that ^^

oh i see, this part is my bad checked my mail, and deleted some,i received the items, i even got the karka event just now lol, now i gotta check my mail often, thanks guys
