Guild Wars 2

i recently purchased GW2 along with a gem card. i have been trying to figure out how to use the cards since last night. was told to go to black lion trading company then click on redeem in the gem store. but i cant cause the button isnt there. there isnt much of anything. i need help trying to figure this out or help activating my card another way. i attached a picture to show what i am experiencing. please get back to me asap.

Eh, your gem store shouldn’t even look like that, it should have tabs and stuff o_o? Try relogging a few times?

Yeah tried that too looks the same. This is the first time that a game has ever looked like that after I download it.

TP uses embedded browser like forefox, opera, ie etc. Sometimes browsers cant load additional scripts / styles and you can see such ugly look. It is not a real prolem, just give your tp another chance
