I have looked everywhere and do not have them.

I have looked everywhere including mail. I did not receive them.

I just purchased 5 Black Lion Keys and have not gotten them. They are not in my mail box, and they are not in the pick up box at the Trading Post.

Even though I had room in my mail, I looked thru it. I had gotten the Halloween Horns from the Trading Post, but had not taken them out of my mail yet. I took them out now, then I got my keys from them. I also received a 2 day old letter from a friend, even though I had received other letters after it. It was just real odd.

The “letters” you get from NPCs are not the same as the letters you get from real players (or from the BLTC)

You can only receive 10 mails from BLTC and other players (this includes Spam). there is little number next to you inbox “0/10” for an empty mailbox. sometimes even “9/10” counts as full so clear those emails from spammers, friends, other BLTC goods and you should start receiving mail/purchases again.
