I saw a thief today with that Rox’s Quiver backpack which was limited edition event item which u could only buy in gemstore..
I did not had the gold to buy so,. So I would like to have it back in the gemstore now that I have gold enough! NAOW!

There are other quiver looking skins like the “Endless Quiver” if you are after that look.

They already brought it back once during the Anniversary Sale, and that was only a month ago. Probably won’t come back again for a while.
