I really need gems for the upcoming christmas event though i’m not sure whether I should buy gems now or wait.

They will not get cheaper before the event. They might go down after the holidays, but if you are looking for them to be available for the event time frame, I would buy now. I’m actually having the same dilemma. I want some more bank slots, but I don;t want to pay what they are right now.

Invest in better bags for your alts. It’s about the same price for more slots.

One bank slot is ~6g which can buy you >45 bagslots.

I play all my alts. None of them are bank characters and I can assure you they have quite large bags

Personally I would wait. 1.5+g per 100 gems is just outrageuous.
