I noticed today that I can buy a GW2 Gem card at a retail store. I was in a rush and did not buy it and now I am wondering if there are Gem Cards for sale online.
I notice many cards that are not the official gem card such as: GoCash Game Card and Ultimate Game Card that I can buy online and have the code emailed to me. The site that sells these cards is a popular retail store and not something from an unsafe 3rd party.
Are these accepted to purchase gems if the official guild wars 2 gem card is not available to buy online?

I’ve gotten official gem cards on Amazon. The physical card is mailed to the buyer, no need to worry about the code being pre-used.
I would not trust a code emailed to me. A human has to scratch off the card and send the code — just takes one bad seed to ruin your purchase.
