Guild Wars 2

Hello all;

When I try and buy gems from the gem store I enter all my details click the pay-pal and fill in that form but then it re-directs me to gw2’s selling page with error, can not purchase gems please try again or contact support. I click the support option but there is nothing there for not been able to buy gems…. Can any one help me?

This is a billing error, and often addressed in the Black Lion Trading Post sub-forum. You might read through the threads there for tips. =)

Nope I got passed that bit. It’s the bit where it connects to anet/ncsofts website thing where it all goes wrong

Cmon Gaile…. now, it made me feel like i’m talking to a brick wall in the other zones in the forum.

I would like to thank the support staff. They have helped me find where the problem was and lucky for me it was on their end and not mind.

Can a mod please now close this thread as its been resolved.
