Q:
I can’t buy gems atm. It’s 12/6/12. I have the money in my bank. All my details are right. And I’ve bought them before.
But for the last 24 hours I’ve been unable to buy them.
My question is: Has anyone beside myself also had this problem?
(I just want to know if it’s just me or if there is a problem with the black lion trading atm)

Same problem here. I am using an AMEX card and I am pretty sure my info is correct. After the payment confirmation screen, the previous payment info screen comes up and nothing happens. No error code or anything.

Make sure you are only entering numbers in the card # field. You will see this error if you enter something besides numbers (like spaces for example).
It’s saying that my card approval has failed. I’ve checked my card details 10+ times now.
I even got my brother to buy gems on his account with my card and it worked.
But it’s just not letting me buy any on my account.
