Can't Purchase Gems or Redeem Code
Since the latest update my gem store has been completely broken. I spent an hour fighting with it to actually display ANYTHING on the store, after that finally worked I still couldn’t purchase gems or redeem a code. When I click on either option it gives me a blank pop up box, no amount of reseting the game, computer or my internet has solved the issue Ive been sitting waiting for it to load for the past 15 mins and still nothing, not even an error code.
Anyone else got this issue?

Are you still experiencing issues? We had issues that have since been resolved.

Yes I am still having the issue, the first day it occurred I tried relentlessly for hours then just swapping to an alt fixed it but now the problem is on and off persistent with all my characters.
I have filled out a ticket with support, still in contact with them at the moment. Hope it gets revsolved soon as its really annoying having to fight to access anything on the tp/gem store.
I’m having the same issue.
Having the same issue, enter the amount of gems i want to purchase, enter CC info, go to confirmation page, but nothing is there., along with confirmation grayed out. Having this issue for 2 days now.
Like wise, I recently tried paying with CC and PP and both gave me a “An error occurred finalizing your purchase.”
Just FYI — I’m contacting Sarah to see if there are any new issues. Have those of you who posted in the last couple of days been able to make your purchases?

i cant buy gems getting craches
I managed to eventually purchase after having this issue but my gems haven’t gone into my account after 3 hours is this normal?
i have sam e problem too… i click to buy gems but only a blank window comes up! Bad timing since i need to move server b4 the 18…

it sometimes works when you go to a different tab and back to the gem store, this issue is quite annoying and should be resolved but sometimes you need to do it your self.
Good news! The devs made some changes, and those of you experiencing that mysterious “blank screen” when trying to buy gems should find that all is working just fine, now.

I am having this same issue. I am purchasing gems (2800) and I am stuck at this screen.

It’s sad but it is back.. I’m trying to buy new gems for about 3 days now no results please FIX THIS.

So this is a problem I’ve been having since I started playing the game last week. I have opened a ticket and they kindly told me to go to the forums. I’m on a Mac running OS 10.9.
I’m having the very same issue, just a blank brown box where payment info should be…
I’m using Mac Beta also so maybe its another issue for mac users. This has been going on for a good 10 days now. I also submitted a ticket a few days ago.
I’m still unable to purchase gems on the BLT. I wouldn’t mind too much, but a lot of the things i intended to buy are on offer, or are only available for a limited time…
