Guild Wars 2

Well i was going to spend my “hard-earned” Christmas cash on gems, but when i went to enter my credit card into the gem store, it seemed to not accept Kansas as a state. This barred me from purchasing said gems, and of course, prevented Arena Net from receiving my money. Has anyone else experienced this problem?

Put KS instead?

Is there any online creditcard merchant system that requires the full name of a State, rather than the 2 letter abbreviation? If so, I’d feel really bad for people in Massachusetts.

I buy them in KS all the time, they just want the state code, not the whole name

Anet should make it a little bit more clear, but in just about every address form on the internet and otherwise, they want the two letter state code, not it spelled out.

When you send a letter you dont spell out your state do you? I sure dont.

This is why people make forms with selects instead of text boxes

and yet for California, they do not accept CA…
