Are you sure? I have no interest in the helm so I’m not buying one to check, but the preview in the Gem Store window uses my current helm colors.

This issue usually results from leaving an area of default dye on the helm while changing others, but the area left is of a color you do not possess on your account.

If you wish to dye some areas of the helm, but would like to keep one of its default colors, then you would need to make sure you have that default color unlocked on your account.

Again, if you are keeping one of the default colors on the helm, but you do not have that color unlocked, then either leave the helm in its default colors or unlock the default color to then be able to keep it while dying other areas of the helm.

So:

• Purchase and unlock the default dyes that are used on the helm that you wish to keep on it.

or

• Use the Dye Remover tool on all areas of the helm and then hit Apply to save the changes. Then re-dye over all areas of the helm, being sure to not leave any of the default colors on it, and hit Apply to save the changes.
