Did you loot the recipe back when it was account bound? If so, it’s still flagged as account bound even though it doesn’t say it and the workaround is to stack the item.

stack the unsellable one with a newly purchased sellable one and then youll be able to sell them both

unfortunately yes :C im sorry to say it, id probably wait a bit, you might get another as a drop, i got one yesterday
