I encountered a trouble.

I bought “Bank Tab Expansion” and “Bag Slot” yesterday.
But I cant use them…..So
what should I do now? I just want my Gems back,
I send report to GM but no use.

PLZ help me, thank you very much.

I have the same issue. I bought both bag and bank expansion but when i double click to use nothing happens. I can see it in my purchased items list though.

I bought only the bank slot upgrade from the hot items list through the black lion trading post after which there was a pop up message which says that items bought…..check the mail box; which i did but there was no mail. i have also checked my inventory and bank tab but to no success; i did not receive the item. Kindly do the needful Thank You.

I had this happen just now as well. I went to the mail box and deleted a few letters and the letter from Blank Lion showed up with the bank tab. Was able to add the bank tab from the item sent.

The problem I see with this offer is that there are no more bank tabs available on my account to get. So how does this help me? I can add bag spaces, but no more bank tabs.

Not sure why they restrict, probably have to deal with DB space and economy maybe. If they allowed unlimited, people might keep more in the bank and not out in the economy to be sold. Also might take up too much space in the DB and makes the loot server slow.

Might be a good question to pose on more official channels, or on their twitter.

The maximum of bank tab is 8 and the maximum of bag tab per character is 8 too.

The mailbox being full can be a reason, because it is a private mail too, which is limited to 10. Sadly some special event letters fill the private space as well without showing up in the counter. I once had 7/10 letters and could not receive any letters. Deleting those special event letters helped.

People who bought more than they could use from the special sale by Black Lion Trading should submit a ticket. There have been players who got their money back that way.

I have the same problem. I have 2 bank tab expansion and no way of returning them. I sent a ticket to Anet but never got a reply. I desperately want a way of returning them in exchange of my gems.
