Suppose I have an xp boost I don’t want due to being level 80 or something.
Can I trade it or any other gem purchasable item for gems?

You can’t.

There is only two ways of aquiring gems
-rl cash-> gems
-gold-> gems

Since account bound items, such as boosts can’t be sold for g, they can’t be converted into gems.

No.

You can only buy gems with dollars or gold.

And items that you buy for gems are bound, so you can’t sell them on the TP for gold (to buy gems with).

So, the answer is, unfortunalty, no you can’t trade those items for gems.
