Cancelling Bids/Offers - not being returned gold.
I’m not certain if this is a bug if it is I’ll gladly submit a bug report in game. However, I’ve been having several issues with the cancelling my bids on the TP – I’m able to cancel the bid but then am not returned my Gold.
Is this some new issue or did anet implement some kind of refund delivery time?
Quick question. Did you check the Pick Up tab of the TP? When I cancel bids, the money is held there.
Yep, what Astraea said. Whenever you cancel a bid or sale on the TP, the items/coin is refunded to the Pick Up section of the Trading Post.
Just remember if you place an order, or sell an item, and cancel, the gold or the item is returned. On the other hand, If you list an item… and pay the listing fee, and cancel the order the item is returned but the listing fee is not.
