Guild Wars 2

When ever I talk to a merchant and I try to sell some items the screen shows up and it show all my bags but nothing in them and I have a couple items that can be sold.

Is your stuff even in one of those bags?
Or do you have and invisible bag? Cause stuff in that bag does not show up at a merchant
