Can Anet please re position the stairs such that players don’t have to go all the way to the back of the ship and then make a 180 degree turn?

It’s simply annoying to just do that for the sake of speaking to the black lion trading post merchant.

Indeed, it’s a bit annoying (i tend to use my unlimited black lion contract instead of going to the back of the ship).

But the more annoying point about this – otherwise really great – air ship is the “not going back to the original location” option (when leaving or disconnecting). I expected that would be possible (like when you enter/left PvP).

I doubt those points will ever be addressed by ANet.

I was looking through old posts to see if this had been brought up before. This is my biggest issue with the airship pass! Why can’t it put you back in the ship after doing an activity, pvp, or even logging out? I bought a permanent pass as a convenience item, but it is very inconvenient that I am kicked off the ship all the time. Especially since it seems to take a good 10-15 seconds to load down below.

Still way better than running back and forth in LA from TP to bank. I will take it. kittened if new lions arch has them close lol.

As mesmer I do always make portal from where you load in to the Bank on airship. Because I am a friend of the people…. though most people do not trust using them….

Airships have limited space in the cabin, so stairs can’t simply be “re-positioned”. People who own airships understand that you have to sacrifice a few luxuries in order to have functionality.
