Card approval failed
This would be something to post in Account support or I suggest creating a Support Ticket to get the issue resolved or they will be able to determine if you have a valid code or not. When you create the ticket make sure you tell them where you bought it, as you may have bought it from a non trusted retailer.

if i get that message, i delete the auto-saved card info and fill all the boxes out again. otherwise, i will call my bank and re-initiate the transactions over the phone. also make sure the 3-digit number is correct found on the back of some cards…i mistyped it, it saved that number, and proceeded to fail other transactions due to the number being wrong.
