Has there been any note if they are going to implement this into the game?

Hopefully they’ll add it in for hair/beard recustomization soon, and without any gem price, just a small cash fee ala WoW, or at least, a very minor gem charge. I know a lot of people that would change their hair style at the drop of a hat in WoW, due to boredom or for RP reasons.
