Looking at the screenshots you didn’t have enough money to sell to the highest buyer, you may have made a mistake somewhere.
I pulled the cash out i received for from selling the yakkingtons gauntlet to use as the listing fee then placed it on the post for the highest buyer i dont see how i didnt have enough cash to post it
Maybe you should have taken kitten of your purchase when you had enough money to post it then. Posting picture evidence and then saying “Oh I had the money I just got it after the picture…” What was the point of the picture then? All the picture proves is you couldn’t afford to post it in the first place.

The best way to go is to create a support ticket. ANet staff can take a look at the transactions the game recorded…and be able to see if something is queued up for you, but never made it to your pick-up box.
Until they can take a look, all any of us can do is speculate about things that can go wrong. And you have to admit that user error or misunderstanding is one of the most common reasons for people reporting issues…even if they don’t apply to you or to this particular situation.
