I just got a 2000 Gem Card but i cant redeem the code.
I full in the card code i cant click on redeem? game fault?

reread the code carefully. It’s likely you input something like a letter O for a number 0, a G for 6, just forgot a letter, or something like that

if you are 100% sure you put it in right and it still doesnt work then the store you got it from probably forgot to activate it so take it back there and get em to sort it out
