Collection expander

Bought a collection expander some time ago.

It only affects the collectibles located in bank. Why? The ingame description didn’t state that.
Also, I can’t link all collectibles if I have more than 250 of them. Links only up to 250.

Are these two bugs and can I expect them to be fixed soon?

No they are not bugs. The area in the bank where you keep the crafting materials is called “Collections” and the expander only expands that. Everything else is still limited to 250 such as crafting, dragging and slots in the bank/guild bank.
