Guild Wars 2

Hi all.
I wanted to get one consortium chest before the event runned out, but after the purchase i haven’t received it, my gems are gone, the Consortium Chest is in the “Recent Purchases” but it never reached me. Where is it?

you can only have 10 (or 9) player sent and black lion sent mail in your box at one time. NPC sent mail does not count.

Delete any old mail sent by players and your black lion items should show up.

I had 9/10 Mails, so i wasn’t, but when i deleted one the mail with the chest appeared.

The mailbox limit is less than 10, despite the description. (They “temporarily” reduced it to limit strain on the server that runs email, but that was many weeks ago.)
