Hi,
I am experiencing something strange and not sure why, my gaming experience is actually declining when I start a new toon or pick up an old one that does not have these tools, strange right?
I can’t buy all 3 for all toons at once, so I do over time but then its too late!
They don’t affect my toon strength in any way of form, I get that, so why do I get this negative let down feeling when I log a toon that dose not have them?
