I am kinda wanting to buy the crimson mask for my engineer. However, if I apply it to a medium skin will it be unlocked for medium skin only when wardrobe comes out? Or should I buy it and wait?

Thats a solid question. I’m considering buying it myself but would like to know the answer first.

I am wondering the same. I’m waiting until April 15 or an answer. Which ever is first.

I heard somewhere that you will have it unlocked on all armor classes. But I don’t have a quote ready. Sorry.

The most sensible thing would be to unlock it for all armor classes otherwise people like me ,who always transformed those skins into pvp variants and therefor getting 1 for each armor class, would have a unfair benefit.

It said in the blog post that all armor skins sold as separate items in the gem store, so shoulders, masks etc, would unlock skins applicable across any armour type. However, I’m erring on the safe side and waiting until the patch hits.

I’m pretty sure a dev confirmed this somewhere.

Single items, such as the Fuzzy Hats and Scarlet’s Spaulders, will be unlocked for your entire account and usable with any armor weight.
