Hi,
I just attempted to trade approx 1g57s for 200 gems – i adjusted the copper value so it gave exactly 200 gems. On clicking Trade, ‘Failure’ written in red and ‘199’ popped up but the trade appeared to complete as my gold went down and I appeared to have 200 gems. I went to purchace 5 Fine transmutation stones with the 200 gems – clicked to comfirm, the 200 gems went to 0, but I have no sign of the Transmutation stones, and I’ve lost the gold. Is this just a slow delivery of the stones or was this a bug in the exchange?

Is your mailbox empty? I know this sounds like a silly question but if you have green swirly mail in your mailbox it tends to count towards mailbox being full without it showing up. At least that’s what happened to me during Halloween when I received all that green swirly mail and even though it said 6/10 I wasn’t getting any mail for days till I removed the green mail.

No idea then but saw another thread just now with the same problem. Sounds like a problem on Anets end. If it doesn’t arrive in 24 hours just open a ticket?

Don’t wait 24 hours to open the ticket, do it now.

If you wait 24 hours and it doesn’t arrive you then have to wait another xyz amount of hours to get a response, your basically wasting 24 hours of time that could have gotten you a reponse within that time. Also your possibly not letting Anet know about an issue they have that could then affect others during that same timeframe.

Basically the sooner you let them know, the sooner they can fix it for you AND the sooner that can make it so it doesn’t happen to anyone else.

If it arrives before the ticket is answered then just close it.
