Guild Wars 2

So I bought gems to exchange it for gold but it’s saying its currently disabled. When will it be available again? I read somewhere that I havn’t played the game enough for it to be avtive. I got the game yesterday so how long do I have to play for it to be active for me? Please and thank you for the help

I think you might have to wait as long as 30 days and play every day so that they dont think it might be a gold seller account or something…..
You know new account fake credit card exchange gems/gold sell gold that sort of thing.
Ofc I am not saying that is what you are doing but it is Anet safeguarding
