Customer service/in game GMs.
No I’m not happy with this aspect. We could seriously benefit from in Game GM’s, I would even pay a few dollars a month for the benefit.
I have a current issue thats taking a while but was going to hold off judgement (of this aspect of the game) and maybe hear a few others way in on their experiences.
I will be honest and say the game has run well enough for me that I have never needed a gm.
It took me about 3 weeks until I finally get any progress, then it was resolve within the next week, which is a fine delay(not 3 weeks though). It wasn’t a major issue though.
