Guild Wars 2

I just bought the Dreamcleaver Logging Axe and i gave it to my low level character for leveling. Then i seen a mistake i made on the character model, and since i was only level 5 or something, i deleted him. That’s when i realized i forgot to put the logging axe into my bank!!! Is there any way i can get the item back or am i out 12 or so bucks?
