Can i save them up to 03/09/2013, trying to get also a chance to obtain ascendant materials as boxes drop?

Or only boxes dropped since 03/09/2013 will have a chance to?

I watched the videos and read the blogs and other posts by devs.

They mentioned that those mats will drop from champs but they never said they will be inside those champ boxes. My guess would be thakittens a seperate drop like the Gauntlet tickets right now for example.

I also dont think that you will get a dev to comment on this. You have to wait like everybody else to find out.

Apart from that, i also hoard boxes right now. Even though i dont think i will get a head start for ascended mats, they are still a space saving way to start getting green weapons right now to salvage for Essence of luck.

Well just wait till tomorrow. It’s not that many months away.

No reason NOT to save the boxes. They will still contain the same things tomorrow, plus they are a compact way of storing green’s for the MF changes, plus they might drop ascended mats.

I personally doubt that saved boxes will drop Ascended materials. Nevertheless, there’s no harm in holding onto them till the patch tomorrow.

I’ve been saving all of mine over the past 2 days. Got 2 stacks, all those blues and greens should help give the MF boost a kick start.
