I purchased the Profane Armor Skin about a week ago, and still have not received my item. I reported it as a bug in-game, and have not heard anything back. Am I supposed to post something here instead? The gems were deducted from my account, but I did not receive the email containing the item and there is nothing in my inventory.

Arenanet Doesn´t care about it, they acutally think you will be stupid enough to try again, thats what they take their players for unfortunely

Dude. Clear your mailbox. The delivery is in the queue to enter it, but your mailbox is full so it won’t enter. I’ve run into this problem before, it’s annoying, but that’s about it.

They need to make black lion purchases not count towards the mail limit. The amount of posts I’ve seen on here complaining about not getting items is too kitten high.
