About ~40 minutes ago I bought 25 fine transmutation stones for 800 gems and I have still not gotten them. The purchase is on the list of recent purchases and I have used the gemstore before and then I just get the item via mail right away

Try deleting some mail items.

There’s another post about the same issue and the individual had 9/10 mail. They deleted a couple of things and the items appeared.

I had 9/10 mails also and I got it right after deleting one, thanks

Edit: I kept deleting mails and then kept getting more stuff other players had sent me a while ago but I thought they had not sent me at all even though they had said they ware gonna send it to me, there is defenetly some bug in the mailing system
