Guild Wars 2

So a friend of mine told me that the Digital Deluxe upgrade on the Trade Post has been..upgraded.

Now including “All items from Guild Wars 2 : Herioc Edition”
Now back in the day, I preordered GW2’s Deluxe Edition, and I’m wondering why I have not yet received these items. I mean it seems only reasonable that I payed extra money for the game that I get the added bonuses.

Yes, I am aware this might not be the right place to post it, I’m just not sure where else this would fit in.

You aren’t entitled to the new rewards. Those are for new players. Not for old.

Why would you be entitled to free items made on a purchase made over a year ago? No reasonable business would do such a thing since that is costly.

Oh I just assumed if I purchase something and it gets updated that my version would get a free update aswell..Guess I thought wrong.

This is quite the turn off. I likely won’t be purchasing any upgrades in the future given this information.

Clearly its better to sit and wait for it to improve than to buy it early. the goodies weren’t all that great. Most of the starter stuff I trash simply because after you’ve leveled enough characters, those items are beyond redundant.

Oh well, live and learn I guess.
