Do US and EU servers share a single TP?

Sorry for the noobish question, I always assumed it was a single market across all servers worldwide but wanted to double check.

Yes, the TP is world wide.
From the wiki: “The Trading Post (TP) is the tool that allows players from all worlds to trade with each other.”
