Hello all,

I decided that after a year of playing I wanted to buy some gems for a permanent finisher. I purchased the gems and bought the finisher. After clicking confirm nothing happened after a minute, so I did it again. I instantly received 2 finishers of the same kind (which is impossible to buy even if you wanted to) and one of them becomes useless for obvious reasons.

Is there any way to get a refund? I wanted to use those gems for something else

Open a ticket with support they will be able to assist you with the refund. Top of the screen you should see a support tab. From there right hand side to create a ticket.

That’s where the button is! Sorry I really couldn’t find it, was looking under “help”.
