Double Taxation in Lion Trade?
You paid 3s, not 4s. There is a 5% listing fee for putting the item up for sale, then 10% fee on the sale.
If an item is 20s, you pay 5% of that to list it, which is 1s. Then, if/when the item sells, you pay a selling fee of 10% of the selling price, which is an additional 2s. Thus, the total tax you see for an item listed at 20s is 3s.
Been like that all the time… I was really mad at it before because they say that the fee is only 5%… but I think there is also a 5% tax on top of that… so it ends up being 10%… that’s my understanding but I can be wrong…

It’s a 5% to list and an additional 10% upon selling, the 10% is never listed, just automatically removed upon sell and is a ninja fee. It’s always been there.

~I could promise you the same…but it would be a lie…
Got it ether… thank you that cleared it up!
Well the 10% fee is factored into the profit number you see before you hit sell. You have to notice the 5% listing fee which is displayed but not factored into the profit number since you pay that regardless.

hmmm, interesting fact, so basically you receive 85% when you sell a item in Lion Trade?
Thanks for the help.

Yes, but you have to have the 5% just to use the TP. And that 5% is non refundable. Pull the item and then list it at a lower price, another 5% please.
