Guild Wars 2

So a few months or ago i got 1 of those dragon event skins the lacerator from a ticket out of a chest. i kept it so i could sell it later for more gold. the thing is today i wanted to do that but even though the skin is not used and not account bound, i’m unable to sell it but there are Dragon Lacerator skins on the TP aswell. so why can’t i sell mine?

from what I heard, there is a sellable version and a non-sellable version. they started off non-sellable, and if you got yours then, yours is not sellable. then they added the sellable version, and anyone that got one after that could sell theres.
however, there is a way around it (if that is what is going on here). skins are stackable. if you stack them, it turns them into one item with 2 quantity. then you can unstack them and it’s 2 of the same items. I’ve heard you can do this to turn your non-sellable into sellable. but at the price of needing a 2nd sellable one first. I was able to do this to my wvw siege equipment. hopefully someone who’s done it to those weapons can chime in and confirm/deny
