I’d like to hear a red answer about this if possible.

We already know Final Rest can be looted, but what about Wings/Feathers of Dwayna in PvE? Are they available as a drop, a mystic forge recipe, NIY or something else?

Well if you want the Short Bow skin, buy The Lover. Beautiful skin (same as the Dwayna Bow) and you can see the golden transparent feathers fall of it.

I believe there is no way of getting either of the Dwayna Bows. It’s exactly like Final Rest. It’s there, but no one has it.

There is a longbow version too, which I’m mainly interested in(already bought The Lover for the skin only…).

Would love to see a Red comment on whether this is an MF only craft(which is what I suspect) or an actual world drop.

A recent post on reddit spotted the chat code for Feather of Dwayna, it was in the same list as items that were crafted through MF using Eldritch Scroll. So there’s a probability the recipe is something similar to Aether/Azureflame with another kind of gift. It might be gift of weather due to the nature of Dwayna, but it’s a pretty expensive one and required for meteorlogicus, one of the less crafted legendary, that could explain why nobody ever found the recipe.
